Carrie Thomas, Paralegal

My work as a paralegal has been the most fulfilling of any career choice I have made. Over the 13 years I have been a paralegal in the Colorado Springs community, I have worked exclusively in the family law arena. I really enjoy assisting people at a pivotal turning point in their lives, and I appreciate being part of a team that is instrumental in helping clients achieve a positive outcome as they move forward to new adventures.

I was in marketing and advertising for 13 years before I made the shift to the legal field, and I have lived in Colorado since 1996. My undergraduate work was completed at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois, I worked on my Master's Degree at the University of Northern Colorado, and I received my Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies at Pikes Peak Community College.

My hobbies include singing, writing, paracord crafts, volunteer endeavors, and spending time with my family.

Marsha Kennedy, Legal Assistant

I am friendly and dedicated, and I have over 20 years of experience in the legal field. I take great pride in my work and enjoy helping people. I attended college at Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis, Tennesee.

I vacationed in Colorado for the past 20 years and finally moved to Colorado Springs in 2014 with my husband, Bob, a retired Memphis firefighter, and our 2 dogs.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors doing activities such as walking the dogs, running, biking, or skiing. I also love spending time in the mountains taking in the beauty of the Colorado scenery.
